[Responsibilities]

Support on media & exposure

· Core-media topic liaise

· Support on special media requests

· Exposure follow-up

· Advertorial liaise

Support on brand/product assets

· Help collect brand assets

· Consolidate such materials and burn discs

· Filing

Support on PR admin/logistics

· Product application and delivery for PR use

· Liaise with warehouse

· Relevant follow-up

· Support on internal financial application

Support on PR event

· Support on material preparation

· On-site support

· Follow-up with vendors

· Logistic liaise

 

[Requirement]

Computer skill: Excel, PPT, Word (Especially Excel, e.g. lookup, pivot table)

Language request: Good written and oral English skills

Major: Unlimited

Personality:

· Opened minded & Logical thinking

· Good communication skill

· Diligent & hard working & tram work spirit

· Strong beauty sense

· Love to take challenges and be good at multi-task & problem solving

Time request: Be able to work at least 3 days per week for the duration of 6-12 months
