国际刑事法院模拟法庭比赛是一个根据国际刑事法院的实体和程序规则进行的模拟法庭竞赛。国际刑事法院努力以其六个官方语言（英语、法语、中文、西班牙语、俄语、阿拉伯语）中分别推广这样一个模拟法庭。每种语言的模拟法庭都会由一些当地的机构（大学、非政府组织、政府等）与国际刑事法院合作举办。

ICC Trial Competition (aka, ICC Moot Court Competition) is an annual moot court event based on the substantial and procedural rules of the International Criminal Court. The competition is currently held in four official languages of the Court, namely English, Russian, Spanish, and Chinese. Meanwhile, efforts are being made to include competitions in the other two official languages, which are French and Arabic. The competition in each language and its national round, if applies, are organized by entities native to the region and in cooperation with the International Criminal Court. Whereas the number of participating teams is increasing over years and the ICC Trial Competition has become the most prestigious moot court event in this field, the non-English versions of the competition play a delicate role in enhancing the cultural diversity in the operation and promotion of international criminal justice.

国际刑事法院审判竞赛中文赛首先会在中国（以后会推广至华语区）进行预赛。在通过国内赛决出了前三名以后，这三支队伍将会飞赴荷兰海牙在国际刑事法院的法庭里进行决赛，由国际刑事法院的法官和法律官员做评委法官进行裁判，最终决定比赛的冠军、亚军和季军。

ICC Chinese Moot will first run a national round in China, in which three teams with best performance will win the trip to the final rounds in the Hague. The final rounds will be held inside the actual courtroom of the ICC and heard by real-life judges and legal officers from the judicial bodies in The Hague, including the ICC. They will decide the championship team, the runner-up team and the second runner-up team of the ICC Chinese Moot.
