五、Darunee SOORUKRAM 教授简历

　　Dr. Soorukram received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Khon Kaen University (Thailand) in 1999 and her Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry (Advisor: Prof. Manat Pohmakotr) from Mahidol University (Thailand) in 2003. After that, she moved to Germany and then pursued her doctorate in Organic Chemistry at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München under the supervision of Prof. Paul Knochel. In 2006, she obtained her Ph.D. degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. From 2007 to 2009, she made a postdoc stay with Prof. Anthony G. M. Barrett at Imperial College London (England). In 2009, she returned to Thailand and joined Department of Chemistry at Mahidol University (Thailand) as a Lecturer. Since 2013, she was promoted as an Assistant Professor at Mahidol University.

　　Her research interests are mainly focused on the total synthesis of bioactive natural and unnatural products as well as the development of the fluorination methodologies. In 2012 and 2015, she received the Research Grant for New Scholar and the Grant for TRF Research Scholar from Thailand Research Fund, respectively. Also, she is the awardee of fellowship grant from L’Oréal Thailand’s “For Women in Science 2015” Program and the awardee of 2015 Asian Core Program Lectureship Award.
